The Story Behind the Station
More Than Just Music
Forever Christmas Radio has been part of the internet landscape since 2004 — back when online radio was still finding its footing, and Christmas music stations were almost nowhere to be found. In those early days, we ran everything from home-based servers, broadcasting to a small but growing audience of listeners around the world who, like us, wanted a little Christmas in their lives year-round.
The station grew out of something personal. We lost our big sister and, in the years that followed, our Dad. The world’s best big sister and Dad. This station began, in part, as a way to honour them both. It still is.
A Place For Everyone
This site is dedicated to all of them — and to anyone else who finds themselves here. Whether you’re carrying someone with you this season or you simply love Christmas music — the classics, the pop hits, the crooners, the songs that take you straight back to a particular time and place — you are welcome here. No matter where you are, or whether it’s cold or warm in your corner of the world, there’s always something playing. We hope you stick around.
